I have been having problem with my iiNet Naked ADSL2+ for more than 2 months now. I am starting to feel as the support guys are only concerned to retain me as a client for as long as possible, rather than solving my problem.
I have already spent money in new cables, changed to your Bob2 modem. Now I am constantly using my mobile data to cover the time your services are not working - which is adding to my expenses.
A technician came to my unit and tested the line and the cables and concluded that the problem can not be the wiring. What else it could be? I have done all the tests and followed all the steps with your support more than once.
The costs of trying to ‘analyse’ and ‘find excuses’ over the phone with your support representatives are getting just too high for me. They just repeat the same steps and ask for the 24hs for monitoring the line. I have experience networking as worked with that before. I am not a squared user.
Please, if you can save me the trouble of calling again and find me a final solution for this problem, I will be happy to continue with iinet.
Otherwise, if your services in the Mosman area are not so good, I will then move to another ISP.

A massive poo disaster, total leakage and contamination of the environment has just taken place in Paddington - Sydney at 12noon of this very friday. The traces and catastrophic effects are still remaining on the site… Emergency procedures were undertaken without mummy’s support and contingencies put in place - no casualties registered but a few cloths and baby clothing pieces.
